Owen is a commerce graduate from the University of Auckland and gained his initial training and experience with Deloitte, one of the big four global Chartered Accounting firms. He has a background in Accounting Finance, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, Operational and General Management. 

Prior to joining the Education Sector, Owen has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in business improvement and shareholder wealth creation in publicly listed and private investment organisations involved in a wide cross section of industries.
