Usually it's all about students but this is a short fishy tale about a few teachers who took to the Waitemata on a charter boat for a spot of fishing.

Every Wednesday evening a number of students flock to the YMCA to play basketball and badminton. It has become an increasingly popular past-time for City Campus students. 

Yuan Qian achieved a top ACG English Language School score of 3020 in the international Language Perfect competition. Qian was presented with a Nano Shuffle for his top score by Mr. Haines, the Principal.

Culture week ACG City Campus started Cultural Week on Tuesday 23 October with a BANG! Students and staff were greeted before the start of class with traditional Maori song and dance in the foyer. Pacific Island and Maori crafts were also on display.

Mrs Ottaway and the song group will conduct Pacific Island and Maori culture workshops in the Student Common Room on Tuesday. The workshop programme will include, a PowerPoint on New Zealand, Maori culture performance, making pois and ti rakau, as well as practising pois and ti rakau with the Maori cultural group.

New Zealand CETA Economics Pursuits Competition 2012

Each year the New Zealand Commerce and Economics Teachers Association hosts a quiz night for senior economics students. Teams from a range of Auckland schools compete, answering questions ranging from academic to fun. They also participate in interesting activities between the rounds, which create a more relaxed environment to the competition. The competition provides the opportunity for international ACG students to meet with New Zealand students and have fun together.
