On Sunday April 15th a group of 24 ACG City Campus students ventured across the seas, well across Auckland Harbour, to Rangitoto Island. On arrival on the island the students and staff began their 3 hour walk to the top. The early morning April air was a little cool but weather was gloriously fine and walking soon got body temperatures up.

               

It was a bit of a race to the top and three of the young men got their first. The view from the top was spectacular with the Sky Tower standing out on the cityscape across the water. Students commented on the amazing view, the beautiful scenery and the great company. Some admitted afterwards that they were very tired and slept well that night.
