Open the door to your future with an AUT International Foundation Certificate

 

  • The AUT International Foundation Certificate is delivered exclusively by ACG Norton College.
  • 95% of our students have received confirmed offers of placement at AUT since 2003.
  • The AUT Foundation Certificate is recognised by all New Zealand Universities.
  • Standard Entry: 2 trimesters - an eight-month foundation certificate for students with an English language level of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
  • Extended Entry: 3 trimesters - a twelve-month programme for students with an English language level of IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
  • Extended Entry: 4 trimesters - a sixteen-month programme for students with an English language level of IELTS 4.5 or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of the AUT International Foundation Certificate to prescribed grades guarantees entry to an appropriate AUT. undergraduate degree The New Zealand Vice Chancellors' Committee has approved the AUT International Foundation Certificate for entry to all New Zealand's universities.
  • The programme has also been approved for entry to selected Australian universities, including Queensland University of Technology (QUT), RMIT and UTS.
  • AUT International Foundation Certificate offers guaranteed pathways to AUT University Since 2003, 95% of students who completed the AUT International Foundation Certificate have received confirmed offers of place at AUT.
  • The AUT International Foundation Certificate is recognised by all New Zealand universities.
  • AUT International Foundation Certificate takes 8-16 months (two, three or four trimesters of 13 weeks each).
  • There are three starting dates per year: in January, May and August.

Two offers of place from the start

All students who enrol in the AUT International Foundation Certificate will receive two offers of place at the time of application: a Letter of Offer for the Foundation Certificate course and a Conditional Letter of Offer for AUT University.

A confirmed offer of place will be issued by AUT University as soon as students have successfully completed the Foundation Certificate, and meet published entry criteria.
