Independent Student Accommodation

Student apartment accommodation is a great option for ACG students.

We provide supervised accommodation options to provide security for our students and peace of mind for our parents. Students living in apartments will enjoy independence and social opportunities all within a controlled central city environment.

Student Apartment (supervised)

For students aged 17 years and over and who would like the security of living in independent student accommodatin with adult supervision.

Fees

• Single room from NZ$200 to NZ$250 per week (average rate NZ$225), including power and water.
• Security bond: approximately NZ$500 - NZ$900 depending on apartment complex. The security bond is refundable when a student leaves the accommodation, provided that the accommodation is left in a mutually acceptable condition.
• Duvet set: upto NZ $120. Duvet set includes a duvet, duvet cover, 2 pillows and a mattress protector.

The above fees include:

• Single bedroom accommodation with a bed, desk, storage space, internet connection, phone and TV.
• Own bathroom and kitchen facilities.
• Supervision by student apartment manager.
• One bag of laundry per week.

Student Apartments
