Internationally developed programmes prepare ACG Parnell students for academic and social challenges.
ACG Parnell College offers the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) system at senior levels. The International General Certificate in Secondary Education (IGCSE) is studied by Year 11 students. Some students in Year 10 also sit papers for IGCSE Combined Science and IGCSE Extended Mathematics.

All students are supported in setting academic goals for each subject, which are reviewed during each semester with tutors. The Middle School (Years 7 to 10) programmes prepare students for study at senior levels. All students in the Middle School study a similar course, which includes an emphasis on literacy and numeracy. ICT and Thinking Skills programmes are included in the Middle School.
