Mr Vink is the new International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator for ACG Senior College. Originally a mathematics teacher, and with decades of international, educational and administrative experience under his belt, we are pleased to welcome him to our school - and back to New Zealand - after 16 years in Singapore.

Sam Yang Dawn Jones

Sam Yang, one of last year’s student leaders, received a swathe of top results in his recent Cambridge exams. Now the maths whizz, who held the academic leadership portfolio at ACG Senior College, is off to Australian National University for four years to fulfil his dreams of being an actuary. That’s when he’s not busy hiking, skiing and taking amazing photos, of course.

Recently, many of our students waited by their devices for news of their Cambridge results. Graduate Jamaica Vaughan, who got three A*s, is heading off to study Psychology and Socio-Legal studies at the University of Sydney and just found out she has received the Sydney Scholars award. She tells us how it felt to find out her hard work had paid off.
