Enrolment Procedure

The School year runs from late January to early December. However, we understand that you may wish to enrol at other times of the year. As such, enrolments are accepted at any point during the School year and the student will be placed into the most appropriate class.

Enrolment at ACG Sunderland School and College consists of three stages:

Stage One - Enquiry and Application

Please contact one of our Enrolment Officer with any enquiries and to arrange a personal guided tour of our campus.

To make an application to ACG Sunderland, please complete the online Application Form*, or download an Application Form.

To apply, please provide the completed Application Form and supporting documentation along with the application fee to our Enrolment Officer or Receptionist. You can fax, email or post the application to us or bring it to ACG Sunderland at 6 Waipareira Avenue, Henderson.

Documents required will need to be scanned through and payment of the application fee paid online. Once your application has been received, you will be contacted to arrange an interview between yourselves and the Principal. Please contact ACG Sunderland on 09 838 7070 or email with any questions.

Stage Two - Offer

We will confirm the Offer of Place for your son / daughter at ACG in writing. This will also include the Contract of Enrolment and an Invoice.

Stage Three - Acceptance

To complete your son / daughter's enrolment, we require your Acceptance of the Contract of Enrolment, and the payment of the required fees. On completion of the above, your son / daughter may now attend ACG Sunderland on the agreed date.
