What do you remember about Science back at school? Is Science the answer or is it asking questions? Or is it how we find the answers to our questions?

At ACG International School Vietnam, children as young as 3 explore Science by inquiring into the real world. Last night, Thursday 15 November 2012, children in the Primary School had a chance to demonstrate what they have been learning and what they understand about the world to their parents. Parents, students and teachers had so much fun doing Science together, through activities such as separating materials (sand, salt, water & paperclip); making objects that float on water; looking at the uses of water. Through such activities, students asked questions about materials and their properties, they tested their ideas and captured their findings on paper.

IB PYP in Action Night is a fantastic opportunity for parents to gain an insight into what and how students learn.
