Investment Certificate 

Dear Parents

At times this year there have been unfortunate articles in the newspapers making allegations about ACG International School Vietnam (ACGV). Many of the allegations were extreme - and were also false. This may have been concerning to our families.

I am pleased to advise parents that the former partner company, Vu Anh International Trading Ltd (VAIL) and its General Director, Ms Truong Thi Tuyet Nga has sold all its interest in ACGV and no longer has any rights or influence over the School. The capital transfer is to Thuy Chau Co. Ltd

The ACG Group continues to hold exactly the same 80% ownership of ACG Vietnam as it always has.

With the partner dispute resolved, a new Investment Certificate for ACG Vietnam  has been received. We also have a license to teach Vietnamese  in both primary and secondary school. The Department of Education and Training have recently visited the school and expressed their support for the education programmes we offer.

ACG Group, with its ten schools, continues to support ACG Vietnam financially, but importantly, supports the school educationally.

Thuy Chau Co. Ltd has interests in the Australian International School. These common interests will enable us to build better opportunities for all our students from now on.

We look forward to continuing to build a large and excellent school in Vietnam; one that respects this country and provides teaching to the best international standards.
