Visual Arts Focus

The Visual Art Department aims to develop students’ aesthetic, creative, imaginative and critical faculties. This aim is achieved through the implementation of a coherent, well balanced programme, starting from the Kindergarten and Primary Years and going through the Middle School Years right up to the completion of Senior School.

The Department is well resourced, giving students the opportunity to acquire a broad range of techniques and skills, through exploring different materials, in both 2D and 3D. Visual Art is compulsory through to Year 9, and subsequent Year Levels may choose Art and Design courses at IGCSE, AS and A Levels.
