Temple University Japan is the Japan-based campus of Temple University, a fully accredited 4-year public university in Philadelphia, USA.  For over 28 years, the university has offered U.S. undergraduate and graduate degrees that students can complete entirely in Japan.  All classes are in English, and TUJ students earn the same credits and degrees as those at our main campus in Philadelphia. TUJ offers 10 undergraduate majors at TUJ: International Business, Political Science, International Affairs, Asian Studies, Japanese, Communications, Economics, Art, Psychological Studies, and General Studies. 

The student population has a balanced mix of Japanese (49%) and international students (51%, half of which are from the US), and encourage applications from eligible students regardless of nationality.  The university campus is located in the heart of Tokyo, minutes away from major business, government and commercial areas.  Currently, TUJ is the only 4-year foreign institution in Japan, which is recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Education.
