ACG Education

Singapore event celebrates education in New Zealand

More than 50 people attended a celebration of New Zealand education at the NZ High Commissioner’s residence in Singapore last week.

Organised by ACG Education, the event was attended by agents from Singapore and Malaysia; Government representatives from Singapore; NZ Deputy High Commissioner Laura Grey and representatives of NZ agencies New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and Education New Zealand.

University representatives from ACG Education’s three university partners; alumni, media and prospective students also attended.

ACG Education Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Marnie Watson said New Zealand has a lot to be proud of as an education destination: top-ranked universities; incredible facilities and research capabilities; great practical on-the-job training and a safe and healthy environment with welcoming people who strive to treat students like family.

She said ACG Education was determined to raise NZ’s profile as a study destination for international students and had recently recruited people in China, Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Dubai and Mexico to help spread the word.

New Zealand’s Deputy High Commissioner in Singapore congratulated ACG on its new Singapore office and spoke about the importance of education.
