Mark Haines

Executive Principal, University Pathways

Mark began his teaching career in 1981 and held teaching and management positions at Auckland’s Kelston Boys High School, before moving to english second language environments in Niue and Brunei.

After joining ACG Education in 2001 Mark moved through various management positions to his current role of Executive Principal New Zealand Pathways, where he oversees the ACG Foundation Studies and Academic English programmes.  A founding board member of the Association of Cambridge Schools in New Zealand, Mark has also served on The University of Auckland Foundation Studies Board since 2001.

Mark is a graduate of The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, in Science Education.
